All returns will only be considered if:-
- Notified in writing within 21 days of the delivery date. After this time, unfortunately, item(s) will not be accepted.
- The item(s) have not been installed.
- The item(s) are still in their original packaging.
- The item(s) are returned back to us as new, in a saleable condition. Boxes have no marks or writing on them.
All returns notified after 21 days, from date of delivery, will not be considered.
Note: All items marked as non-returnable or bespoke, are excluded from the 14 day cooling off period.
