Return Policy
To arrange a return of an item(s), please complete our contact form below along with photo evidence of the item(s) you would like to return.
For items purchased online, you have a 14 day cooling off period to return your item(s). After this period, they will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge, up to a period of 21 days, from point of delivery.
For items purchased via the Showroom, you have a period of 21 days to return item(s) from point of delivery and these will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge.
All returns will only be considered if:-
1. Notified in writing within 21 days of the delivery date. After this time, unfortunately, item(s) will not be accepted.
2. The item(s) have not been installed.
3. The item(s) are still in their original packaging.
4. The item(s) are returned back to us as new, in a saleable condition. Boxes have no marks or writing on them All returns notified after 21 days, from date of delivery, will not be considered.
It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange the return of any unwanted items and their carriage costs.
Refunds will only be made for the product(s) and not any carriage cost, should this have been applied
Items listed on our website and Order Acknowledgements sold as 'Non-Returnable' will not be accepted.
Returns and cancellation for online orders only
Where the Buyer is purchasing as a consumer (an individual acting outside the course of a business), the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply.
Subject to the exclusions set out below, the Buyer has the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Company in writing within the cancellation period.
Where a valid cancellation is made within this period, the Company will refund the price paid for the goods following their return and inspection. The Buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return of unwanted goods unless otherwise agreed by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to make a deduction from any refund where the value of the goods has been diminished as a result of handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
Returned goods must:
3.1.1 Be returned in their original packaging wherever reasonably possible;
3.1.2 Include all parts, accessories, fittings and instructions supplied;
3.1.3 Be adequately packaged for return transit; and
3.1.4 Be in a condition suitable for resale.
3.2 Returns Outside the Statutory Cancellation Period
Requests to return goods outside the statutory cancellation period are accepted solely at the Company’s discretion.
Where the Company agrees to accept such returns, a handling and/or restocking charge of up to 25% may be applied. Any such charge will be advised before the return is authorised.
Goods specially ordered from suppliers, brought into stock specifically for a customer’s order, or returned to a manufacturer may also be subject to supplier-imposed restocking charges, which may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
3.3 Excluded Goods
The statutory right to cancel does not apply to:
3.3.1 Goods made to the Buyer’s specification;
3.3.2 Clearly personalised, bespoke or made-to-order goods;
3.3.3 Any other goods exempt from cancellation rights under applicable consumer legislation.
Where bespoke or made-to-order goods are cancelled after production, manufacture or processing has commenced, the Company reserves the right to recover any reasonable costs incurred.
3.4 Return Transit
Returned goods remain the Buyer’s responsibility until received by the Company.
The Company recommends that all returned goods are adequately packaged and sent using an insured and trackable delivery service.
The Company accepts no liability for goods lost or damaged during return transit.
3.5 Inspection of Goods
The Buyer should inspect all goods as soon as reasonably practicable following delivery.
Any visible transit damage, incorrect items or delivery discrepancies should be reported to the Company within 48 hours of receipt wherever possible.
Any shortages, missing components or incomplete deliveries should be reported within 7 days of receipt wherever possible.
Any manufacturing defects, faults or quality concerns discovered after delivery should be reported to the Company as soon as reasonably practicable after they become apparent.
Failure to notify the Company within these time frames may affect the Company’s ability to recover losses from carriers, manufacturers or suppliers but will not affect the Buyer’s statutory rights.
3.6 Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Nothing within these Terms and Conditions affects the Buyer’s statutory rights.
Where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, not fit for purpose, or otherwise fail to conform to the contract, the Buyer may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
The Company reserves the right to inspect, investigate or obtain evidence of any alleged fault before agreeing an appropriate remedy.
3.7 Glass Products
All Glass products are classed as a special order item and therefore non-cancellable and non-returnable once
