Collections
At Bathroom Discount Centre we stock a wide range of the bathroom and tile products from leading brands you can take away the same day.
As we have two warehouse locations, should the goods you have selected need to be transferred from another holding warehouse you will be informed via email or phone immediately.
Once your order has been picked and is ready for collection, our team will email you with a collection order number and confirmation the goods are ready. Only orders with a collection number, which has been confirmed will be available for collection. Please do not travel to our store without your collection number or a confirmed email.

What to bring with you when you collect?
When you collect please bring your order number. Other items may be needed depending on how you have paid for your order:
Payment by Credit/Debit card prior to collection: Please bring the card that you used to pay. We will ask you to show us the card on collection for security.
Payment by Paypal prior to collection: Please bring ID (Driving license or Passport) that matches the name on the PayPal account used to pay. We will ask for this matching ID for security.

Which Items are available for click and collect?
Click and collect is only available on stock items or clearance items
How soon can I collect my order?
All orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday will be available for collection the same day before 4.30pm. Orders placed after 3pm will be available for collection the following working day from 9.30am.
From the day your order is placed, you will have 3 working days to collect. After this time, if no collection has been made, your order will be placed back into stock and a full refund will be processed back to the original method of payment.
When collecting my order:
At the time of placing your order you will be emailed an order confirmation containing your unique order number. Please bring this order number with you when collecting and also photo ID, which can be either a photo driving license or passport. The address on the photo ID must match that of the order.
Can we purchase further products at the warehouse?
Yes, further products can be purchased at the warehouse/showroom. Please asked your sales person when you arrive
What if I don't like the item I have purchased?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order. Your refund will usually appear on your bank statement within 7 days, dependent on bank processing times.
Where do I go once I arrive?
Once you have arrived, you will be greeted by main reception. From here, reception will take you to the collection area. Please be patient as our team may be serving other customers.
