Delivery

All delivery times are an estimate only and some products could take longer than expected due to circumstances beyond our control. A member of our websales team will contact you with an expected delivery date upon receipt of your order. Please note, some products may take longer due to shortages from the manufacturers and you will be advised of this upon receipt of order.

  • Delivery 5-6 workings day approximately.
  • Please ensure all contact details supplied are correct. A telephone number must be entered.
  • Once your order has been received a member of our sales team will email you an order confirmation.
  • Our delivery department will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.
  • Your goods will then be despatched for delivery.
  • Unfortunately, due to insurance purposes our couriers are not able to carry items into your property. Delivery drivers are only able to deliver pallets to the exterior of the property - kerb side or if accessible driveway /front door

We do not deliver on public holidays. All delivery times quoted are based on the goods leaving the warehouse and not from the time of placing the order.

We strongly recommend that you do not schedule any installation work until you have received your items.

General Information for Online Orders

In some unique instances we may be out of stock of certain items, and will therefore need to place your item as a back order with our various suppliers. All delivery times are estimates only and some products may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event that a product you have ordered is out of stock or carries a longer leadtime then expected, our call centre will contact you with the expected delivery leadtime or possible in stock alternatives, we could offer in their place.

Once the delivery has been received, all items should be checked prior to signing for any damage of missing items. In the unlikely event there are any problem or faults, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery and they will be happy to help resolve any problems. Any damages reported after this time frame, unfortunately will not be considered.

Can I pick up my order?

Orders can be collected from our showroom in Fulham London or our Warehouse in Tolworth.  Our collection hours are Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm and we are closed daily between 12pm-1pm for lunch.  Please select this option when proceeding through the Checkout. We will then telephone you once your items are ready for collection and of course, there will be no delivery costs incurred.

Failed Delivery

If on the rare occasion, we are unable to deliver your order on your allocated day, we will let you know immediately and arrange an alternative delivery date to suit yourself. However, if our couriers turn up to your delivery address on your allocated day, but we are unable to complete the delivery for any reason, we reserve the right to charge you an additional redelivery fee, these charges are applicable to all orders that initially included free delivery.

Redelivery Charges

Once your order has been booked for delivery, should you not wish to proceed with the planned delivery date, you must notify us by no later than 16:00 on the evening prior to the planned delivery. Failure to notify us by this time will result in a redelivery charge being applied. A summary of these charges are detailed below:

  • Standard re-delivery charge - (estimated 3-5 working days) - £20.00
  • Next day re-delivery charge – next available working day - £30.00

These charges will be applicable to orders which have been purchased with a 'free delivery' promotion.

Returns For Online Orders Only

Should you wish to cancel your order once the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse, you will have 14 days to advise us. See Terms & Conditions for full details. For all items, it is the responsibility of the customer to return any unwanted items and carriage cost.

Products damaged in transit must be noted at the time of delivery, documented on the delivery note and delivery refused. It is the customer's responsibility to check the products for damage with the delivery driver and to notify us of any damages within a reasonable period. We will not accept claims for products damaged in transit that were signed for as being in good condition.

International & Post Codes That Are Not Included For Free Delivery

Returns

To arrange a return of an item(s), please complete our contact form below along with photo evidence of the item(s) you would like to return.

For items purchased online, you have a 14 day cooling off period to return your item(s). After this period, they will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge, up to a period of 21 days, from point of delivery.

For items purchased via the Showroom, you have a period of 21 days to return item(s) from point of delivery and these will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge.

All returns will only be considered if:-

  1. Notified in writing within 21 days of the delivery date. After this time, unfortunately, item(s) will not be accepted.
  2. The item(s) have not been installed.
  3. The item(s) are still in their original packaging.
  4. The item(s) are returned back to us as new, in a saleable condition. Boxes have no marks or writing on them All returns notified after 21 days, from date of delivery, will not be considered.

It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange the return of any unwanted items and their carriage costs.

Refunds will only be made for the product(s) and not any carraige cost, should this have been applied

Items listed on our website and Order Acknowledgements sold as 'Non-Returnable' will not be accepted.

Returns and cancellation for online orders only

  1. Where the Buyer is a private individual and the contract is with that individual rather than a business, the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) apply. In such cases, the Buyer is entitled to 14 days from receipt of goods during which they may return unwanted goods to the Company. Any items accepted for cancellation or return will be subject to a handing/restocking charge of up to 25%. Goods that have been delivered into the warehouse, from the supplier, awaiting delivery to the customer, will also be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Where Buyers wish to exercise this right, the Buyer must inform the Company in writing of their intention within the stated time period. The Buyer will be responsible for returning any unwanted items and there carriage costs. The Company will exchange or refund the value of the returned goods so long as they are:1.1.1 packaged in their original packaging,
  2. in the exact condition supplied and
  3. resaleable
  4. The Buyer's right to return goods, as decreed by the Distance Selling Regulations (2000), does not apply in this contract where the goods are manufactured for the Buyer or customised to the Buyer's specifications.
  5. The Company will not be responsible for any damage or loss arising during the return transit of the goods. It is the Buyer's responsibility to take all due care to ensure that the goods are protectively packaged.
