For items purchased on our website, you have a 14 day cooling off period to return your item(s). After this period, they will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge, up to a period of 21 days, from point of delivery.

All returns will only be considered if:-

Notified in writing within 21 days of the delivery date. After this time, unfortunately, item(s) will not be accepted.
The item(s) have not been installed.
The item(s) are still in their original packaging.
The item(s) are returned back to us as new, in a saleable condition. Boxes have no marks or writing on them.

All returns notified after 21 days, from date of delivery, will not be considered.

Note: All items marked as non-returnable or bespoke, are excluded from the 14 day cooling off period.
