For items purchased on our website, you have a 14 day cooling off period to return your item(s). After this period, they will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge, up to a period of 21 days, from point of delivery.

All returns will only be considered if:-

• Notified in writing within 21 days of the delivery date. After this time, unfortunately, item(s) will not be accepted.
• The item(s) have not been installed.
• The item(s) are still in their original packaging.
• The item(s) are returned back to us as new, in a saleable condition. Boxes have no marks or writing on them.

All returns notified after 21 days, from date of delivery, will not be considered.
